This activity was organised at the University \u201cMarin Barleti\u201d premises, on 27 April 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Tempus Project \u201cPutting Human Rights at the Heart of Higher Education in the Western Balkans \u2013 HEART\u201d aims to support the establishment and development of multi-disciplinary education programmes that focus on human rights and citizenship both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in higher education institutions in the Western Balkans. It involves a consortium of eleven universities from Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Montenegro with four EU universities from Germany, Sweden, The Republic of Ireland and the
