Previous study visits, seminars and TAMs have touched on different aspects, such as national qualifications frameworks and the recognition of prior learning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is the first time that HERE colleagues from 25 Countries including Albanian experts Prof.F. Bidaj and Prof. B. Bino,\u00a0 \u00a0has offered an overview of the topic. The seminar had a strong didactic flavour, with presentations aimed at informing HEREs who are unfamiliar with the values and processes of recognition. For HEREs who are experienced in the field, there was the opportunity to meet and debate with some of the experts at the forefront of current European initiatives. The seminar, organized in two days, was open to all members of the HERE community: ministry and national agency officials, senior managers of institutions, student representatives, academic and administrative staff working in quality assurance and international relations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The main key words included in this seminar are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>international recognition conventions<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>automatic recognition<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>shift from \u2018equivalence\u2019 to \u2018comparability\u2019<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">recognition<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, <\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">recognition of prior learning<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, the evaluation of <\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">applicants \u2013 such as refugees \u2013 who lack formal documentation<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, and the\u00a0<b>digitization<\/b><\/span><b style=\"color: #000000;\"> of recognition instruments<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>recognition of professional qualifications<\/strong>,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>mutual recognition agreements<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0To read more about the seminar please find below the link of the Seminar Report<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;
