{"id":5555,"date":"2020-07-04T12:14:55","date_gmt":"2020-07-04T12:14:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/erasmusplus.al\/?p=5555"},"modified":"2020-12-04T14:40:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T14:40:00","slug":"national-here-seminar-on-rtsh-al","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/erasmusplus.al\/?p=5555&lang=sq","title":{"rendered":"NATIONAL HERE SEMINAR ON RTSH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Albanian Erasmus+ Office in cooperation with National Experts for the Reform of Higher Education \u2013 HERE, \u00a0organized the seminar on: \u201cSupporting the efforts to strengthen the social dimension of Albanian Higher Education\u201d, which was hosted by RTSH 1- HD through the show \u201cAuditor Arsimi\u201d, on 4<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2020, \u00a0at 16.<sup>35<\/sup>-18.<sup>00<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The show was moderated by Ms. Edlira Birko- Journalist of \u201cAuditor Arsimi\u201d on RTSh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The key issues addressed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Paris Communique\u2019 2018 and some aspects of Albanian legislation on the social dimension in Higher Education.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inclusion and citizenship &#8211; key priorities of the Bologna Process and HE systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">EUROSTUDENT survey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Criteria for awarding scholarships to students of special categories<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strategies and practices of HEIs for inclusion and citizenship<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quality Assurance and Social Dimension in HEIs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Improving the admission policies in HEIs and supporting students of special categories in academic progress and their entry into the labor market.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The main objectives of this seminar were as following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Information on the Bologna process, policies and goals regarding the social dimension;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collection and processing of data for students;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strengthening support for student admission from underrepresented groups;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Increasing academic and financial support for students, taking into account the aspect of the SD;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Design and implement strategies and policies based on the social dimension and preparing students as citizens of the society;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Increasing support for student mobility and for entering into the job market;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reflection of the social dimension in the Quality Code and its implementation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Familiarity with institutional strategies for the implementation of the social dimension.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Albanian Erasmus+ Office and the Albanian HERE team express their gratitude for the support of SPHERE for this activity and would like to thank Dr. Michael Gaebel (EUA), who contributed to addressing key issues and best practices by European Higher Education Area, in developing concrete strategies and practices related to the Social Dimension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Attached, you can find the conclusions &amp;
