Erasmus+ Programme is managed by National Agencies for 28 countries of the European Union, plus Island, Lichtenstein, Norway, FYROM, Turkey and Serbia, which are, which are differently called Programme Countries. You can find the contacts of National Agencies as follows:

National Erasmus+ Offices
National Erasmus+ Offices (NEOs) assist the European Commission and local authorities in the implementation of Erasmus+ in certain Partner Countries.
These countries are located in the Western Balkans, the Eastern and Southern Mediterranean, Central Asia and Russia. National Offices are providing information on Erasmus+, monitoring and evaluating funded projects, assisting applicants and participants, supporting policy dialogue and maintaining contact with local authorities and EU Delegations are among the responsibilities of the NEOs. ESN Albania is the official section of ESN International in Albania. Erasmus Student Network is the largest European student organization and aims to work in the field of education, European values and active citizenship and mainly promotes the international dimension of education. ESN Albania becomes part of ESN International, exactly on the 30th anniversary of the latter, September 2019, thus becoming the 41st member country.
ESN Albania aims to help international students in Albania by offering them assistance in daily needs, socio-cultural orientation, as well as the promotion of the Erasmus + program to Albanian students. ESN Albania cooperates with a number of HEIs in Tirana and we are proud to say that in this semester we have 40 Albanian volunteers and 30 international students, with whom we are working intensively.

The Western Balkans Alumni Association-WBAA, is a regional network of students and alumni from the Western Balkan region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*), North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia) who spent part of their studies abroad, funded by EU education and training programmes such as Erasmus+ and Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions.
Officially launched in March 2018, WBAA was born from the EU’s Westren Balkans Platform on Education and Training in 2014. WBAA is supported and funded by the European Commission.Today, the association brings together all the relevant actors in the Westren Balkan to make sure that the young people’s voices in the region are heard loud and clear.
WBAA objectives are:
- To advocate for modernisation and improvement of higher education quality in the region
- To empower young people of the Western Balkans on their academic and career development towards successful employment
- To promote mobility opportunities in Europe and beyond
- To strengthen regional exchange, collaboration and integration
WBAA gives its members the opportunity to:
- Be part of the first regional alumni network in the WB region and make a difference in the regional development
- Improve their professional skills (project writing, research, event organising, etc)
- Meet new people and experience other cultures through informal networking
- Network and cooperate with relevant institutions and organizations
- Receive information about educational and professional opportunities
