Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain is coordinator of GLOBE, which is a new Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) in Global Change Ecology and Biodiversity Management (https://globe-master.eu/). This master will be delivered by Rey Juan Carlos University, together with Bangor University (UK), Universidade de Lisboa (Portugal), and Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala (Mexico). We are starting the recruitment of students for the second edition of GLOBE in 2026-2027, and are thus now open for application in this link.
As you already know, EMJMs are the flagship MSc level education programmes of the European Union, emphasizing excellence, internationalization, and mobility. EMJMs aim to enrol academically excellent students across the world, and are supported by a strong scholarships programme, which offers generous stipends of 1400 € / month to approx. 80% of the enrolled students.
We would greatly appreciate the applications from recent graduates and alumni from biology or environmental science–related programs.
We believe the programme is a great opportunity for students seeking a MSc level programme, both in terms of education, international experience, and of economic support. All relevant information, including application procedures, is available in the GLOBE website (https://globe-master.eu/).
Looking forward to applications from Albanian students!
