Prior to the “Erasmus + National Info Day” event, on November 10th 2015, Mrs Belen Enciso, project officer from EACEA and Mrs. Edit Dibra the Albanian Erasmus+ office coordinator participated to the talk show “Pasidite në Top Channel”, where they presented the Albanian public with the funding possibilities within the framework of the Erasmus + programme. In addition, former beneficiaries of the Erasmus Mundus scholarships provided their feedback on their Erasmus experience.

The “Erasmus + National Info Day” event was held on November 11th, 2015, at the UT’s Faculty of Social Sciences premises. This event was attended by more than 200 participants, comprising the academic and administrative staff from different Albanian universities, Albanian government officials, EU officials, local and regional NEOs staff and students. The “Erasmus + National Info Day” was addressed by Mrs Nora Malaj, Deputy Minister of the MoES, Mr Edmond Rapti, Deputy Rector of UT and Mr Jan Rudolph Head of Political, Economic and Information Section in the EU Delegation in Albania.
The first session of the event was devoted to the Albanian Higher Education Institutions and the institutional applications to the upcoming calls in the Erasmus + programme. Mrs Belen Enciso, project officer from EACEA and Mrs Edit Dibra the NEO coordinator provided detailed presentations on the programme components:
–Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education;
– International Credit mobility;
– Jean Monnet programme;
The second session was devoted to the Albanian students and the possibilities for individuals within the Erasmus + programme. The Albanian Erasmus + office members provided presentations on the programme components:
– International Credit mobility for students;
– Degree Mobility through the existing possibilities within the Erasmus Mundus JMD and Erasmus Mundus partnerships;
In addition, former beneficiaries of the EM JMD and EM partnerships programmes provided their feedback on their Erasmus experience.
The event was concluded with a consultation meeting between Mrs Belen Enciso EACEA, the NEO staff and the contact persons of institutions selected in the Erasmus + 2015 CBHE call.
