As part of the activities “Europe Week” on May 6-10, 2019, the University of Elbasan held the activity Erasmus + Info DAY. Associates of Higher Education from Albania, Western Balkan countries and Europe were invited to the event. 17 Higher Education Institutions from partner countries that have built mobility with the University of Elbasan had gathered and in the coming days would participate in the EU fair, organized in EU premises. Students and Academic Staff will be introduced more closely to the capacity and opportunities that may be offered at these Universities.
The Rector Mr. Topi open the ceremony with the greeting speech, thanking the Erasmus+ Programme for the opportunities, offering to the students, staff and through purchasing the equipment helping to increase the capacity. The EU faculty’s dean/vice dean introduced the achievement and the capacity of each department.
The staff of the National Office Erasmus + were invited. Ms. Saraci stressed the importance of cooperation between EU and partners in other Erasmus + programs. At the activity the` evidence of Albanian students during their experiences during mobility, have not be missed. The participants have been introduced with the procedures, how to apply for a mobility, where to find (room dormy, restaurant), etc.
