- Plagiarism detection should be applied to bachelor and master students – to be included in the ethics regulation as obligatory instrument in all higher education institutions
- It is important to have the code of ethics in order to valorize the integrity and honesty of the researchers, by creating a system of meritocracy, while following the updated version EU Code of Conduct.
- It is urgent to have a legal framework about ethics in innovation and research based on an ad-hoc analyses of the research practices at research and higher education institutions. – no such analyses have been conducted so far.
