Three invited students: Armela, Nikolla and Junela informed the students about exchanges
within the Erasmus+ program. Both have been exchange’ students at ‘Saxion University of
Applied Sciences’ in Netherlands on site and blended mobility, shared all their experience from
the moment of finding the call for application at the university’s website until their return home
after they completed the mobility. They, separately explained, in detail the way they had
proceeded with the ‘Learning Agreement’, application documents, foreign language,
accommodation options in Netherland, activities carried out there, scholarships, etc. Afterwards,
Armela who carried out her exchange for one semester in Netherlands, shared with the students
her experience since the beginning of her mobility’s journey. She said that she gained a lot of
new knowledge, new friendships during the period she spent there. Both students told their
colleagues that they wanted to re-apply for the next exchange if it could be possible, pushing up
at the same time their colleagues, to apply for Erasmus+ mobilities.
After that, the NEO coordinator presented another excellent opportunity offered to the students
by the Erasmus+ program: ‘Erasmus Mundus Joint Master – EMJM’. She illustrated the catalog
of branches, application link, required documents, cases when students are in their final year
Bachelor and those who have completed their studies in English, deadlines for application,
submitting the application and so on. The info session for the students was closed by some
answers, tips and recommendations given by NEO on how to submit a successful application on
both exchanges and Erasmus Mundus Joint masters New Call 2025, under the Erasmus+
program.
